These projections are only team projections based on speed ratings obtained from the IL XC Speed Ratings database for the Illinois runners and from Tullyrunners.com for the other states. In some cases where I could not find ratings I calculated a couple meets and found the highest rating.    

The majority of these ratings are based on state meet performance or highest rated performance during the year.
