These projections are only team projections based on speed ratings obtained from the IL XC Speed Ratings, MIXC Speed Ratings, and Tullyrunners.com for the other states. I calculated a couple meets an average of the highest ratings.    

The majority of these ratings are based on state meet or sectional/region performances or highest rated performance during the year.
